We seek to catalyze the shift towards equity, sustainability and liberation by shifting the way we work and gather together. The Community Development program produces replicable models for healing, liberation. and beloved community which center equity, purpose and joy. Through Organizational Development, we are transforming the way people work by turning Workplaces to PurposePlaces. By teaching the principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, we are creating industry-wide shifts. Through Personal Development, we provide our constituents with a community of practice, purpose and belonging.
