Founded in 1954, the Lithuanian National Guard celebrates and preserves Lithuania’s rich cultural heritage. Active in the U.S., Canada, UK, and Australia. Lietuvos Šaulių Sąjunga Išeivijoje yra lietuvių tautinė, kultūrinė, savanoriška organizacija, puoselėjanti ir skatinanti lietuvių patriotizmą išeivijoje. The mission of the Lithuanian National Guard, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, focuses on promoting Lithuanian culture and values abroad. Key objectives include: 1. Strengthening Lithuania's sovereignty. 2. Supporting the Lithuanian Rifleman's Union. 3. Fostering unity and understanding among Lithuanians abroad. 4. Empowering and integrating youth in cultural preservation efforts. 5. Instilling pride in Lithuanian heritage and language. 6. Encouraging engagement and loyalty to local laws and communities. 7. Supporting members and their families in need. This mission nurtures a connected and vibrant Lithuanian community globally.
