We also facilitate youth programs and Professional Development for educators E&A provides support for young people age 14-21 to start and maintain business ventures. Our first mission is to provide opportunities for positive youth age 14-21 to start and maintain viable business. Our second mission is to create programming where youth learn soft skills, professionalism, exposure to the arts, and the entrepreneurial mindset. Our third mission is to provide adults who work closely with youth professional development training in classroom management, behavioral management, lesson planning, and other OST focused workshops.
