📖 Book lovers, get ready for a literary treasure hunt! The Friends of the Library (FOL) are hosting their much-anticipated book sale at the Blount County Public Library, featuring over 50,000 fiction and non-fiction books for all ages. From local history to cookbooks, bestsellers, and more, most books are priced between $1-$2, with many available for just 50 cents. The sale kicks off on Thursday, June 5, with an exclusive shopping day for FOL members from 12 PM to 6 PM. New members can join that day on-site at the elevator entrance to the Blount County Public Library's lower level. The sale will then open to the public on Friday, June 6 and Saturday, June 7 from 10 AM to 4 PM. Proceeds from the sale support library programs and services.
