Grain companies and supplychain infrastructure equipment expert services and technology solutions providers are confronting a maturing workforce and need skilled talent to sustain advances in operations safety efficiency reliability and environmental responsibility. Reliance on historical agricultural workforce roots and onthejob training are inadequate and unreliable for meeting the demand for a welltrained workforce. While companies do the best they can to provide training there is a need for additional trusted credible and relevant technical training resources to augment what companies can do themselves.
