WELCOME TO THE Y2O YOUTH PROJECT Our Philosophy We believe that the time we have spent outdoors enjoying water sports and the natural world has benefited us mentally and physically. Our goal is to provide positive youth development through opportunities in water sports environmental education and exploration of nature especially for underserved and atrisk youth.
