The Friends of Mindowaskin Park, Inc. was formed in 1992 to revitalize and preserve Mindowaskin Park in Westfield, NJ. With a combination of public and private effort, the restoration effort continues. Our mission is to ensure the long-term enjoyment of the public park by Westfield residents and patrons. We work independently, but in cooperation with the town of Westfield to preserve this historically significant park.

Celebrate Earth Week at Mindowaskin Park. In partnership with the Town Council and the Green Team cleanups are usually scheduled for Mindowaskin Park in the Spring and Fall. See our Facebook page for updates. Volunteers organizations are encouraged to participate and bring gloves rakes and tools to clean out gardens and assorted cleanup as we ready for another beautiful spring and summer in the park.
