Friends of Vassal Lane Upper School, Inc. (FoVLUS) is a nonprofit organization founded by parents of current scholars of the Vassal Lane Upper School, a public middle school operated by the City of Cambridge, MA. It aims to enhance educational activities and create a strong community spirit for scholars and families of the Vassal Lane Upper School. In collaboration with staff, FoVLUS supports activities that the school’s budget would not otherwise be able to fund, including transportation for field trips, and materials and resources to enhance the curriculum.
