Building a better Waco Prosper Waco pursues collective impact to build an environment in which all members of our Waco community are able to measurably improve their education health and financial security. We were excited to host Clarence E. Anthony CEO Executive Director of National League of Cities. In the fireside chat our Board ViceChair and NLC Board member Andrea Barefield and Clarence Anthony discussed how cities can effectively and equitably implement strategies to better their communities.
