The Air Force Association's Steele Chapter #239 is the largest chapter in the National Capital Region. Large Chapter of active duty and retired service members & participating non-military. Conducts widely attended events for benefit of membership. Provides grants for scholarships, JROTC, ROTC, Civil Air Patrol, grants for active duty member's education. Rcognizes school teachers for excellence and provides other grants enabling aerospace education The chapter isa subordinate unit of the national Air Force Association.
