DCNA is affiliated with National Nurses United American Federation of Labor Congress of Industrial Organizations AFLCIO and the Washington Metropolitan Council. DCNA negotiates contracts that make sure nurses pay is competitive and commensurate with experience years of service responsibility autonomy and education.
