Members of Federated Rural Electric Association voluntarily have their monthly electric bills rounded up. The fraction of a dollar on each account is turned over by the Cooperative to the Trust & the Trust's board will make the determination as to the disposition of the funds for the use or benefit of other charitable organizations and scholarships.
