ORGANIZATION'S MISSION:THE NATIONAL PUBLISHERS ASSOCIATION (NNPA) IS A FEDERATION OF NEARLY 200 BLACK COMMUNITY NEWSPAPERS FROM ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE A NATIONAL FORUM FOR AFRICAN-AMERICANS IN NEWSPAPER PUBLISHING AND SERVES AS THE INDUSTRY'S NEWS SERVICE.
