Changing the world, one student at a time. Blanchard has found that a common need in organizations is the means to develop people in the performance of their assigned, critical tasks. Blanchard Institute uses the SLII Model to develop youth that are self-reliant and peak performers. We equip youth and adults that work with youth to manage critical life transitions and lead themselves and others in positive and productive ways. We train students, leaders, nonprofits, faith based organizations in Self Leadership training based on the concepts of Ken Blanchard. The world needs capable and empathetic people who lead themselves and others well.
