They joined more than 100 other participants passionate about connecting students to nature and healthy food. It was a joy to be surrounded by so many like minded people! We're thrilled to have Izzy Bajek joining us as an Intern this semester! Izzy is a senior at St. Olaf majoring in Environmental Studies. Over the semester, she has been interacting with our students and helping teach food education in the classroom. "I've always loved working with kids and had a passion for education. Through my environmental studies courses at St. Olaf, I've also become interested in sustainable and local food systems.
