AURI WAS CREATED AND FUNDED BY THE MINNESOTA LEGISLATURE TO ACCELERATE THE EXPANSION OF THE AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY BY EMPOWERING EXPANDED USES AND MARKETS OF AGRICULTURALLY DERIVED PRODUCTS.
