GuidIng Leaders on the journey to becoming traumaResponsive Since 2013 Firefly Yoga International has offered training and consulting services to support leaders in yoga spaces and beyond to becoming traumaresponsive. We view trauma through a public health lens while applying an interdisciplinary approach drawing from various fields including neuroscience trauma theory human centered design systems approach design thinking traumatology and positive psychology. Firefly has trained over 500 professionals in five countries on the principles and practice of traumainformed yoga. We meet every leader exactly where they are and support the journey towards progress not perfection.
