Exciting news from Winchester Medical Center! Valley Health and Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation have broken ground on a transformative rehabilitation tower along Linden Drive. This new facility will replace the current inpatient rehab at 333 W. Cork Street and will offer state-of-the-art acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as Orthotics & Prosthetics + Bionics. The tower will be connected to the main hospital building via a climate-controlled pedestrian bridge, ensuring seamless access for patients and staff. This project is a testament to Valley Health's commitment to meeting the evolving healthcare needs of the community, in partnership with one of the nation's leading rehabilitation providers. With an anticipated opening in late 2026, this new facility will be a destination for specialized rehabilitation services for all ages.
