Home - SMARTS SMARTS Hosts First Friday Event on March 7 withDowntown Youngstown Partnership Youngstown CityScape Celebrating Young Artists of the Mahoning Valley at SMARTS on Friday March 7. In collaboration with the Downtown Youngstown Partnership and Youngstown CityScape were excited to recognize Youth Arts Month by hosting Marchs First Friday event at our home in the historic Ohio One Building downtown. For March the theme is Celebrating Young Artists of the Mahoning Valley. This free familyfriendly event will showcase the many arts organizations within the Youngstown area spotlighting our youth.
