Membership and Structure

As of recent updates, CMDA has a membership of over 13,000 healthcare professionals. However, some sources indicate the membership could be as high as 19,000. The organization is a 501(c)(3) entity governed by a Board of Trustees and a House of Delegates.

The Board of Trustees sets policies and guidelines for the organization, while the House of Delegates assists with recommendations on courses of action. Dr. Mike Chupp currently serves as the CEO.
