Sabal ABOUT US While physical disabilities are challenging for children the world over they are doubly so for those living in remote impoverished areas of the world like Nepal. Since its founding in 1985 by Dr. Ashok Banskota the Hospital Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children HRDC has been the fulcrum of lifechanging surgery and treatment for more than 116000 children.
