SBLC provides a supportive rigorous and transformative education for adults18 years of age and older who are eager to learn motivated to succeed and committed to making a difference in their lives and those of others. We are a tuition FREE learning center educating learners and empowering them to succeed by securing better jobs enhancing their personal lives and contributing to their community. About SBLC South Baltimore Learning Center was started in 1990 and has grown to serve hundreds of adults each year offering a variety of educational services.
