Cabrini Immigrant Services of New York City Inc
On Friday, May 16th, the Nutrition Workshop carried out its first recipe activity. Twelve participants attended in person, and eight more joined via Zoom. Participants prepared a healthy fruit parfait, learned how to read nutrition labels, and shared the positive changes they have made in their eating habits.
