United Communities Against Poverty, Inc. (UCAP) is the Community Action Agency for Prince George's County in the State of Maryland. UCAP, a nonprofit 501(c) (3), advocates for communities facing deficiencies in education, affordable housing, economic stability and health care. Our 100–bed emergency facility is operated and monitored 24 hours daily. To Provide Solutions to Alleviate Poverty in Prince George's County Diverse Communities
