Cheyenne Children's Museum
Several years ago, during early stakeholder meetings, our original exhibit designer was inspired by the incredible story we have to tell about the Southwest region of our state—and that the future children’s museum could be the perfect place to bring that story to life. From the ancient dinosaurs that once roamed this area to the authentic legacy of Western cowboys and frontier life, an opportunity to merge these rich histories in a way that would inspire and engage young minds was created. This vision gave birth to the concept of the Dinosaur Cowboy—a whimsical and meaningful character that brings together prehistoric wonder and Western heritage.
