All-City Swim/Dive League, Inc. was formed to foster amateur swimming and diving competition for youth in the Madison, Wisconsin area; to raise funds for youth swimming and diving programs, including All-City Swim and Dive meet; to encourage support for Madison, Wisconsin area youth swimming and diving meets and events; to foster the ideals of sportsmanship and fair competition among participants in youth swimming and diving competition.
