To provide the youth of East Hartford, CT with the principles of good citizenship sportsmanship, and knowledge of competitive fundamentals of football and cheerleading, teaching participating youth conditioning, discipline and teamwork and challenging these youths to embrace competition and fully appreciate the joys of victoring which learning and growing from defeats.
