Christ Church Harbor Apartments Christ Church Harbor Apartments About Us Thank you for your interest in Christ Church Harbor Apartments. Built in 1973 by nearby Christ Lutheran Church which still operates the building CCHA serves senior citizens of moderate income. We are located across from Baltimores Inner Harbor with a view of the water. We offer 288 apartments both efficiencies and onebedrooms with a maximum occupancy of two persons.
