We engage our community in the cultural social physical and economic benefits of a healthy and sustainable food system that supports regional food traditions and the pleasure of the table. We are the local chapter of Slow Food USA part of an international movement with over 1500 chapters in 160 countries. Our Values Clean We believe in nutritious food that is as good for the planet as it is for our bodies.
