A professional dance company, a presenter of dance, and a school of dance. Its mission is to foster City in Motion believes dance is for everybody. We serve children, teens, and adults through our City in Motion School of Dance professional dance company and through collaborative productions. Established in 1985, we one of the oldest dance organizations in the metropolitan area. Our mission is to foster the development of high-quality, contemporary dance programming and expand the dance audience in the Kansas City metropolitan region.
