Community Foundation of West Tennessee - Home Start Giving The Community Foundation in many ways is a conduit. From recognizing others to giving to your favorite cause we serve as an avenue to put your passion into action and have a variety of giving opportunities from which to choose. Our Mission To strengthen the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve through support of philanthropic initiatives. Our Impact Making an Impact Community Impact Grants were created in 2016 to serve as funding opportunities for local nonprofits and funds of the Community Foundation to help make an impact in our area.
