Learn mindfulness and stress reduction through meditationand yoga to empower young leaders led by Ashira Lavine. Each attendee will get to keep thebicycle they build receive a helmet and a yoga mat with carry case. Inspiring the community Davids program offers children the experience to work towards a goal see their progress as they learn how to ride and maintain a bike as well as the safety involved in riding on and off the road.
