Bliss CARES is doing so in a way where all groups include but not limited to uninsured and underinsured individuals who need treatment for HIV Hepatitis andor those at risk of STDs. The focus being prevention medicine Bliss CARES continues to create and facilitate Bliss Health with programs and the support needed in achieving commons goals in the interest of the environment and communities.
