WECEI'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO (1) PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN VIA SCREENINGS OF FILMED CONTENT ACCOMPANIED BY LESSON PLANS AND (2) PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR SCHOOLTEACHERS VIA SCREENINGS OF FILMED CONTENT ACCOMPANIED BY LESSON PLANS. WECEI CARRIES OUT ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES THROUGH THE SCREENING OF FILMS AND THE USE OF LESSON PLANS TO EXPAND THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR THE CHILDREN WHO VIEW THE FILMS.
