TO PROVIDE A SAFE, HIGH-QUALITY, COST EFFECTIVE ICE FACILITY IN SUPPORT OF THE ORONO SCHOOL DISTRICT (DISTRICT 278), THE ORONO YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION, AND THE GREATER ORONO COMMUNITY. IN ORDER TO FULFILL THIS GOAL, IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE ORONO ICE ARENA, INC. MAINTAIN FINANCIAL VIABILITY AND OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY ON AN ONGOING BASIS

Home WELCOME TO THE MORRISON ARENA IN ORONO It is with great pride and appreciation that we announce the dedication and renaming of the Orono Ice Arena to the Morrison Arena on behalf of the generosity of the John M. Morrison Family. We value the Morrison familys leadership and spirit of philanthropy which continues to create a vision for our community. In 2017 the Orono Hockey Community came together to renovate our nonprofit community arena that is home to the Orono Girls and Boys High School Hockey teams and the Orono Youth Hockey Teams.
