LJC was formed in 1975 by bringing together like minded individuals to improve all aspects of property ownership. Our goals are to educate ourselves in property management and maintenance as well as improve relations with tenants and government entities. LJC is a member of TALK The Associated Landlords of Kansas the state landlord organization.
