Carson Cats is a cat rescue dedicated to rescuing cats & kittens from 6 Los Angeles County shelters. Carson Cats are a non-profit 501-3c Private all Volunteer Group that is dedicated to rescuing cats from 6 of the Los Angeles County Shelters, which have one of the highest euthanasia rates in the country. Carson Cats work relentlessly to rescue cats from these shelters, raise money for their vetting, pull them from the shelters and transport them to prospective fosters and adopters. Wes provide veterinary care, spaying and/or neutering, FIV/FeLV testing, and placement in homes. Most of the animals that come from these shelters are exposed to terrible viruses or are surrendered to the shelter in terrible shape due to abuse and neglect. We also provide awareness to the community about the importance of Spay and Neutering.

Taz and Silky are SAFE!!! 🎉🐾. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! Just a few hours ago, these two finally walked out of the shelter and into their foster home — and we couldn’t be more relieved. After all they’ve been through, they’re now safe, warm, and starting their new chapter. They’ll be heading to the vet next week for full exams and any care they need — and it’s all thanks to YOU. SAVE A PET Adoptions and Events COVID19 Update We are now up and running with adoptions every Saturday and Sunday at both our El Segundo and Torrance Petsmart locations. Adoptions our held every weekend at our Torrance Petsmart location from 1pm 4pm and at our El Segundo Petsmart from 12pm to 4pm. To meet other cats during other days and times you can complete our adoption questionnaire and we can set up a meet and greet appointment.
