The Lighthouse Foundation of Wake County serves low-income, adult residents who are navigating a significant health crisis. We provide adults with chronic illnesses access to basic living needs and health care resources. Established in 2012, the LFWC has helped over 980 adults prioritize their health by offering support services so that clients may achieve a higher quality of life standard.
