LEADERSHIP ISD
We envision a public education system that prepares every student of every race, socioeconomic status, language, and ability to achieve their boldest dreams. To that end, our mission is to equip community leaders to advance academic excellence and racial equity in public education through advocacy, policy, and school board governance. Leadership ISD is a non-partisan education advocacy nonprofit that, since 2011, has equipped thousands of effective education advocates, created a pipeline of qualified school board trustees, and cultivated highly accountable school boards and school districts in North Texas. We are student-centered, governance-focused, and advocacy-driven in the relentless pursuit of improved student outcomes.

Leadership ISD Leadership ISD is now and The Next Chapter of Leadership ISD Since 2011 Leadership ISD has proudly supported a generation of leaders who continue to make a profound impact helping shape the future of our region. In getting to work alongside more than 1000 alumni we remain deeply committed to the necessity and importance of preparing and supporting current and future student outcomes focused leaders. Meanwhile the education landscape has notably evolved over the past 14 years and we too must adapt to continue to meet the needs of our communities. With that in mind we are excited today to announce a new chapter of Leadership ISD.
