Our Mission: To enrich the lives of children by working with the adults who affect their lives-parents, caregivers and educators. ECC provides training, technical assistance, consulting, and coaching to area daycare and preschool providers. TO INCREASE CHILD CARE PROVIDERS' (HOME AND CENTER) AND PARENTS' KNOWLEDGE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO ENABLE THEM TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG CHILDREN.
