LEADER-DEVELOPMENT DAY (LDD): LEADING IN THREE DIMENSIONS (at Grand Council on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 12-5pm CT, optional add-on) Discover a whole new way to develop your leadership skills through an interactive, hands-on adventure at the multi-level Ryze Adventure Tower. This isn’t your typical “ropes course”—it’s an exciting, team-oriented experience where you'll engage in real-world problem-solving both on the ground and high up in the tower. Work closely with a small group to: Identify challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. Discuss leadership tactics, set goals, and guide your team to success. Practice followership, emphasizing collaboration and trust. This experience is designed to be inclusive, with challenges tailored to a variety of physical abilities—from easy to advanced. If you can climb stairs, you can participate in many activities or enjoy observing from the tower’s walkways. Accommodations are available for participants with limited mobility—just let us know in advance. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
