We design, produce, and manage housing solutions that are barrier-free, affordable and cost-effective to enhance our residents quality of life. OTR is dedicated to increasing the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities through the creation of affordable, accessible, barrier-free housing solutions and person-centered services that encourage independent living. We are dedicated to increasing the quality of life for people with physical disabilities through the creation of affordable, barrier-free housing solutions that encourage independence. Our residents cope with a wide variety of disabilities arising from either birth or circumstance. some of cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy,spina bifida or multiple sclerosis or have had diving or car accidents leaving them paralyzed or without limbs. In all of these cases, our residents have one thing in common - they are extremely low income, have no independent source of income, and have difficulty engaging in the workforce because of their disability. Consequently, they cannot afford market-rate housing, let alone find accessible housing to accommodate their wheelchairs. This is just one of the many reasons why we build for this special needs group.
