Status of the FRRSD Regional District Amendment Process The proposed amendments to the FRRSD regional school district agreement between Otis and Sandisfield have been finalized and require resident approval. Nancy Pigman at 93 by Stephanie Skinner Nancy Pigman has been coming to Otis her whole lifeliterally since before she was born. Growing up in the historic Sweatland Cottage she watched her family go from whipmaking in Westfield to oil in Pittsfield.
