Our Lady's Inn is a maternity home and aftercare program for unhoused, pregnant women and their children serving the St. Louis and St. Charles metropolitan communities. We provide: a safe home; pre- and postnatal nursing care; counseling and case management; vocational and educational guidance; housing case management; addictions treatment referrals; and essential basic needs such as food, clothing, and baby items.

Our Lady's Inn was founded on January 22, 1982, initially operating at St. John Nepomuk Parish. To expand its services, a second home opened in Bellefontaine Neighbors. Over the years, the organization has continued to grow, introducing an Aftercare Program in the late 1980s to support mothers post-birth. In the late 1990s, nursing staff were added to enhance residential program services. Later, transitional housing facilities were established, and additional locations were opened to serve more areas.
