TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL COACHING & MENTORSHIP TO YOUNG ADULTS THROUGH THE SPORT OF CYCLING, THEREBY ENCOURAGING SKILL DEVELOPMENT, TEAMWORK, PERSONAL FITNESS AND SPORTSMANSHIP IN A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT.
