North Texas Childrens Chorale Cultivating mindful arts here and now Auditions and Rehearsals are suspended due to the Global Pandemic Mindfulness programs are emerging as powerful ways to calm kids down sharpen their brain and make them kinder to their classmates. Mindfulness practice is centered in the practice of breathing. As the founder of NTCC I am committed to promoting mindfulness in the young overstimulated mind by beginning each rehearsal with breathing practice and ending each rehearsal with a universal chant. Chorale children will use internal vibrations found in the body produced internally to induce improved focus better self control less depression better math scores increased kindness and fewer ADHD symptoms.
