COMMUNITYLED DEVELOPMENT IN ETHIOPIA Who We Are WEEMA partners with rural communities in southwestern Ethiopia to ensure access to clean water enhance education empower women and marginalized people strengthen health systems and achieve food security. We are deeply rooted in place and committed to scaling our programs across an area of 3 million people. In Ethiopia we are 100 percent staffed by Ethiopians with the majority from the communities we serve. What We Do We develop holistic strategies with local leaders who understand the needs of their communities.
