We are working to bring an off-leash community dog park to the City of Gary! We are hosting a 5k Dog Walk/Run to raise money to create the park. Every dog deserves a day at the park! We are encouraging dog lovers to join us to create a dog park. "To improve the quality of life for pets and their guardians in under-served communities with responsible pet ownership services to reduce over-population & keep the family pet in the home, and building dog parks to strengthen the animal-human bond."
