Capital City K9 Service Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing shelter dogs and training them to become service dogs for people with PTSD. Capital City K9 is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing local shelter dogs and training them to become service dogs for people suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Our program was initially founded to help Veterans, however we have expanded our program to include, first responders, children, victims of domestic violence or sexual assault, and anyone suffering from an anxiety based condition.
