This comes the foundation for servant leadership. Regardless of race geographic location class status or anything that makes us appear different when we learn to lead through servanthood we defy the normal teachings of leadership and fall into a special category that is reserved for special people who possess a special love for mankind. A leader moves past the normal attitudes of the traditional leader and often finds himself or herself in a special position of edification and servanthood of others.
